Simcity Download size ??

just bought simcity and cant wait to play it. but i'm limited on download bandwidht Anyone knows the Download size it downloads ?? Because on the launcher it does not say anything related to what it...

All in all 3.79 GB
installer is only 35 MB

I however got the Error code 28, at 20%, but I guess I got the "full game" since it wont take up more space after each updates
