SimCity keeps freezing (NOT BSOD or windows error)???

Same here, music keeps playing, mouse still works, but the game it self is frozen.... EA could you reply to us or give any feed back? Is there anyway I can get this game refunded because, EA, you are taking the piss with your costumers...

Managed to play the game for a whole 2 hours today!!! ... Then it froze ... again ... 😕mileyindifferent:
