Happens to me. My game is now unplayable.
I am on Europe West 2, have a region with 4 cities and the Arcology for my Great Works site. After about 5-10 minutes of play, the game freezes completely. The sound keeps playing but what appears on the screen is frozen. Other parts of my computer (if I can Cntl-Alt-Del out, which I usually can't) still function, so it's not a hard lockup, like a graphics card overheating. This started happening maybe a week ago?
If anyone at EA would like me to send them a complete diagnotics so they can solve this ASAP, please contact me and I will do whatever is needed!
For now the game is UNPLAYABLE for me and I don't want to start another city/region. I already put waaay to much work into this one.
