SimCity keeps freezing (NOT BSOD or windows error)???

Seem to be having the same issue, game has started freezing over the past 2 days, initially every couple of hours increasing in frequency so that now the game is freezing every 3-5 minutes. 

The game is unplayable until this issue is fixed.
