SimCity Mac will not go full screen

This is for Mac though not PC.

'Game Properties" in the Origin client: -r:2560x1440 

That might help, others have reported this works.  Make sure you put the correct resolution your monitor supports.

This did not work for me. 

Had a million issues at launch with the PC, I was running on a year old Alienware M18x, sucked. Gave up. Now I decided to try with my new 2013 MBA. Same freaking problem, won't go fullscreen. F U EA. Even in window mode it wont work, I cant click the buttons, or even use the game. The worst money ever spent.

If you are seeing this "small box" you are most likely using the Mac OS X 10.9 Developer Preview version which is not fully compatible with Origin and SimCity yet. The teams are working on this, but there is currently no ETA.

You are writing for a game with a new OS coming out less than a month after the game release and you didn't check for compatibility. Come on EA that's a sophmoric FAIL.

A Developer Preview that is officially only available for Developers might not be fully compatible with every software out there, yes.

Yes I agree EA... This is major FAIL when the OS could possibly be coming out in less than a month. Please note that I had no compatibility issues with any other software when using the preview. You have been getting slammed by consumers for such a long time.. I'm curious to know if this is a strategy by EA to put out stuff at the lowest cost to make the most profit? I don't get it. Didn't someone think about testing out the software on 10.9 first before a release to make sure you didn't have to scramble in case Apple releases it soon? 

I get that when you upgrade to a beta software there is a risk that things may not work right. But a new game that costs $49 to play? C'mon EA. You should be embarrassed.
