SimCity: My city has been processing for the past 5 months

For everyone experiencing this issue - please reply to this post with the following information:

Are you running Origin or EA Desktop (Beta)?

What version of the launcher are you currently running?

When was the last time you were able to access the city?

Did you experience any errors or glitches during gameplay when you last played the affected city?

How do you exit SimCity? (Exit to Main Menu or Quit)

Has this happened with any of your other cities since the first time you experienced the error? 

Just trying to narrow down to any common denominators. Thanks!

Sorry, I forgot about this thread. It's all resolved now. I just had to roll back the city and reinstall the game
