Just yesterday I was playing I believe on Europe East 5 and today I found out all of my regions are missing. I was playing all regions in offline mode. I checked the 'select server' list and I see that Europe East 5 is missing because there is a 6th Eu East server.
Any ideas??? I spent many hours building these beautiful cities in the server...

Hi @ultimate_star_02 - If you were playing offline, then the cities you made and played are on your computer, not on a server. From the main menu, try clicking on the Single Player tab and see if you find your cities/regions there.
That being said, I do not see Europe East 5 in my server list either. I'm not sure if there's an issue with the European servers, but I have escalated the issue. Please keep us posted if it shows up for you
Update: I was able to get confirmation internally there are no Europe East 5 or 6 servers. (I am embarrassed to say that I must have misread Europe West) So, either you were on Europe West 5 and should be able to find your region there, or you were indeed offline and the cities will show up if you switch to the Single Player tab. If you are still having problems finding them, try looking at a few other servers (although the game should have opened to the last server on which you were playing, it might have switched for some reason.

Well it seems like I found the simple solution. I think all important bits required for games like save files are stored on Onedrive (for me). Downloading them directly to my pc seemed to fix the issue. Or maybe it was the reset that I made to the entire PC. Oh well, its one of the 2. What matters is that my region is not gone. Thanks for helping though. Your first sentence already gave me the idea that maybe cloud storage isn't a good idea for saves. 😳
