I just reinstalled sim city for the first time in a year and it launched but once I get to the sim city launcher and go to hit the play button this alert pops up been like this for 2 days any suggestions? :/
Hi @lukikins - This sounds like something blocking SimCity's access to the internet rather than the servers themselves being down. I would suggest that you make sure that simcity.exe and origin.exe are both added to antivirus and firewall exception lists, and mark both to run "as administrator". If you still can't get it to launch, please reply back with some more information about your computer - are you on a Mac or PC? What OS? Are you using Origin or EA Play?

Are the sim city servers down? It will not load the regions to play.
