Got the same issue again. I played 1 Week very well (reduced the light Option in the menu) . Since the latest Patch this morning it happened again

After 2 Weeks of trouble I've deleted it from my PC -->There are other good games^^ -->Maxis, never again Bye
Yah. I contacted AMD and they said everything is good on their side with all the info I provided them (my tests, temps and so on)
Funny thing... They got a hold of me in one day. EA has yet to reply to my e-mail, these forums and twitter.. Lovely.. Sold me a product that I cannot use.
