SMCY-26 Error

I am having issues with the 2013 SimCity game. I bought it today and the game loads to about ninety percent and then gives the SMCY 26 error code. EA support has not been helpful. I spent hours trying to fix this with no success. I repaired the game in the EA app reinstalled it into a fresh folder outside Program Files checked folder permissions set the EA app to run as administrator confirmed that no antivirus is active deleted leftover files from Documents and Local AppData restarted and updated my PC disabled startup apps and tried running the game in Windows 7 mode. My PC meets all system requirements. If anyone has suggestions please let me know. I do not know what else to try.

    Until Today I had Meet this Problem and Bug again! I don't Know Why the Sim-city error 26 or error 2 Always Appears to me by This year?

    I have already Restart Launcher hundred  More-times.IS THE Multi-Player Services Going Wrong or READY to Close or Something?

    I am Play this Game Since 2013 [Almost Ten years]
