Simcity Stuck on Loading Screen (infinite loop)

Now the city is in Infinite Loading Screen (almost 5 hours Loading) one of my city.

  • Your Origin ID: Cvyrtlick
  • Your City Name: Clédiste
  • The Region Name: Clédiste
  • The Server Name: South America
  • How did you end your session last time you were playing the city: With regular Quit button

It's been 3 days already like this.

Yesterday the update 2.0 came and it still like this...

It's impossible continue to play like this: start a new city and suddenly the cities stay 'unloadable' from nothing.
