Simcity Stuck on Loading Screen (infinite loop)

 Hello. I'm on my alt account. My real account is Townplanner12

I have a city where it has infinite loading:

• Your Origin ID: Townplanner12
• Your City Name: Boone
• The Region Name: Carsonshire S2
• The Server Name: Single-Player
  
• How did you end your session last time you were playing the city: I've only just claimed it.

When I get to the main menu, I clicked on Play. Then I clicked on Carsonshire S2, then I clicked on Boone. Then it just had the normal loading screen except there was no city name. It looked somewhat like this:

GAME TIP

 Send trucks with resources direct to neighboring cities to

 help with their industry.

Except there was a picture in the background, where it says "ABIDING..." kept changing & the game tip kept disappearing & reappearing with a new game tip like normal, but there was no blue writing saying Boone & the loading lasted for ages.
