I'm having this same problem, and I don't understand why. I've removed both origin and simcity and reinstalled. Nothing. I've deleted all my data and started over. Fixed nothing. I chose the map with 3 plots, still nothing. I have no mods or anything that would effect it. It's pretty frustrating that the problem hasn't been addressed. Please address this problem EA..
