SimCity won't start

FIX:
1. Browse to the game installation folder
2. Open "SimCityUserData" Folder
3. Delete ALL files in the folder.
4. Restart SimCity
NOTE:
SimCity Launcher will re-download latest game packages and reinstall. Will require a restart of the launcher
This is the first time someone has suggested a fix!
I can't find the folder 'SimCityUserData" anywhere though... what folder path should I be looked at? I've gone into C:\Program Files\Origin Games\SimCity which is where it's been installed and then looked in all the sub folders but I can't find any file/folder call SimCityUserData.
I've tried doing a general search for SimCityUserData as well but the file/folder can't be found.
Any more direction?
The SimCityUserData folder should be sitting inside C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\SimCity, not inside any of the other subfolders.
