SimCity won't start

Here is something I've found. I have an older verison of Fraps running. I killed it, and restarted origin. From this point on I have been able to play, even with fraps running. The way my version was loading in to windows had to have been causing issues. If you have any other frame per second software, kill it, restart origin. Before I did this, i also deleted my SimcityUserData folder to no avail. Let me know if this works for anyone else.
Update: After playing for a couple of hours last night, this morning it wouldn't start. I had the program up and tried to close FRAPS and this crashed simcity, still no go, so I killed EVGA Precision X and restarted origin. Voila! I do believe a culprit (at least in my case) has been found.
