Good evening. I have paid SimCity for a year or two. We bought a new laptop and downloaded the new EA app. I normally downloaded SimCity, it can also be launched, but soon as it starts load, it freezes and there is nothing to do with it. I´ve had it like this for two weeks now, I´ve tried to fix it in EA app, I´ve even uninstalled it and it still doesn´t work, could something be done about it please if I´ve paid for the game with the expansion?
