Same issue for me.
I want to play with you for a youtube channel but all cities in the same region are non accessible. but if I try another region its OK.
Server: North America East 3
Region: Lets Play Together 8
Cities: All cities are not working.
If I try in Lets Play Together 5, I can access my city.
Talked to other players of Region Lets Play Together 8 and they cannot load any cities there too.
Reached out EA too.
I messaged support again regarding this. 2 weeks ago I could not access ANY servers. Now I can access some and some not. I hope they fix it this time completely. Maybe you message them aswell too.
