Starting Game After Installation

Sim City appears in my Library and the logo appears at the right upon click.  There is an "Install" button (I thought I already had!) on the game logo, but no "Start Game" button.  Nothing happens wh...

Sim City appears in my Library and the logo appears at the right upon click.  There is an "Install" button (I thought I already had!) on the game logo, but no "Start Game" button.  Nothing happens when I click "Install".  Arrrgh!  What can I do to play the game I've paid for?
