Train tracks not connected
Playing with friends in a large region however on some where the train tracks connect under a bridge which is out side of my influence they are not connected. Is this a glitch? As it is not connected...

This is stranger still, tho ... I was playing a game where my trains were working fine. It was a casino/tourism town. I had two stations, and both were getting 800 passengers a day, or thereabouts. I put railroad round the hole of the city radius. Everything was great.
Then, at some point, all of the trains stopped coming. Not even going past. They just stopped. So my tourists vanished. Sure, I got a few in on buses, but not nearly enough.
So how does that work? Could someone in a neighbouriung city have just deleted the railroad in their cuty, stopping the region trains reaching mine?
(Oh, and where is all this fricking air pollution coming from since 2.0? It's coming out over a forest and I have no cities up-wind. It seems to come from the sea. Now ground pollution, OK, maybe, but air pollution?
