try to redeem code but says already redeemed
brought the base game of SimCity but when I try to redeem the code it says it already has been redeemed i bought it from g2a

Hi @Tnoy30 - If the game code was used before, then it can't be transferred to a new account. You will need to return it to the seller and let them know it's a used code. Maybe you can get a refund.
