I think I'd like to have my money back... This is probably the 4th or 5th EA game I've bought that is unsable the day I purchase it. I paid $80 for what? How do we get a return?

K, come on. Where are the answers. We have 20 pages of people complaining and threatening to return their game, but what we need is SOMEONE to just figure out the problem and give us a solution.
I am gonna ask for my money back too, after 7 hours of this idiocy I am done with it. Not a single update, nor any communication from EA. Sick of being openly shown contempt for.

It's an EA launch. Don't really know why I expected anything different.
Every time they launch a new game - especially a long-awaited or popular one, they have this issue. Every time they say it won't happen next time. Every time it does. Try again in a few days - it'll probably work - ish.
