I am getting this alert message eveyrtime I try to claim a city: Unable to create your city at this time. Please claim a city again later.

The release date for Europe is March 7. European servers might be up but you won't be able to play on them. If you are in Europe you won't be able to play til March 7. If you are in North America you'll only be able to play on NA servers until the European release date. Hope that helps.

Today's my birthday, what a memorable experience.
Can't say how long I've been anticipating the next sim city release, doesn't really matter.
What does matter is today is my birthday, and I'll be damned if I let EA ruin it...
