Unable to create your city at this time. Please claim a city again later

Im a raging so bad right now because EA hasn't been able to make a **bleep**ing server since they former thier piece of **bleep** company.  Take our **bleep**ing money and buy some goddamn servers.  **bleep** you EA suck my raging **bleep**ing **bleep**.

Yeah, me too, but my cpu doesn't fit the min specs so could that be a problem? Or is it just the servers?

I have been trying since around 10PM Eastern Time.  It is now almost 1130.  I have not been able to play.  This is unacceptable.  I never complained about the always on.  However there should be an option, if I want to play alone. Which I would like to right now, it should by-pass the servers.   This is honestly stupid.  People have paid money, for a product, they cannot play. 

This so far is theft.  Atleast in my state.   That's how I take it until I am able to play.

I used a program called TinyTask to record and replay my mouse clicks

I attempted to claim a city about 50 times and eventually muscled my way in

This totally sucks.  Just got home and excited to play and I get this message EVERY time I try to start a city.  I want my money back...

Aside from being unable to get passed the 'Getting Started' tutorial on half the servers, I'm also unable to create a city on the servers that do actually work. Thanks a lot for another failed game launch EA.
