Unable to create your city at this time. Please claim a city again later

Just bought the game.  Literally unplayable.  Won't let me do the tutorial.  Then when that failed, I click the play game button, "Unable to Create your City at this time."  Well I guess I'm going to return it then.  Why don't you let me know when you have a working product and I'll think about buying it again at that point.

In the same boat. This is ridiculous. All these companies want everything to be online all the time, yet they are totally unprepared.

Happend to me too....all started around 5-6PM MT  I've tried every server and the same error message pops up.

So EA i have a question.  Did it ever occure to you to talk to Blizzard Entertainment or Riot Games....they easily have 10X the ammount of people and they can at LEAST AT LEAST give a Estimated downtime or what seems to be the issue with the Servers.  Also ONLY TWO EAST Coast and West Coast Servers....are you people out of your mind.  

The Ammount of what I don't even is just beyond words right now.   You did this crap to BF 3 and SWKOTR AND Command and Conquer 

You people at EA need to stick to publishing and releasing sports games  because that is all you are good for.

Unbelievable! 80 bucks for this? I cant play your game AT ALL!!!!!!! the producer and the QA team responsible should all be fired then shot!

Next time try to have a working game next time you release it. The Cloud stuff is BS. give us a stand alone option.

Same here. I get that it is launch day and everyone is rushing the servers at once but come on we can't even do the tutorials or private/solo play by ourselves to get going? WTF
