Unable to create your city at this time. Please claim a city again later

I haven't even had a single second of playtime since I bought this game.

Should have just not buy it and wait for a download.

WTF?? I cannot create a city anywhere. Tried like 20 different sites on 10 different maps.

Is there no solution to this? This is ludicrous!

This is the last game i buy from EA. Simple as that.

I'm having the same problem.  First I was stuck in the tutorial with no clickable buttons and now this... ugh.  Refund time??

If that was the case this should still be in beta, people paid good money to "play" the game and not wait 3 extra days for it to be ready, as of now the game in unplayable and for that they should really consider refunding customers honest money for not being able to provide a "working" and playable gaming experience.

Just like if you were to go in a store to buy some bread that you wanted to eat right away, would it be okay to buy and then was told to wait 3 more days before you can eat it or you can only eat 3 tiny bits and thats all you will be getting.  That is just not right.

Im one of the many also having this problem, has there been any word at all from EA on this problem? sorry but I dont feel like reading through 26 pages to see if there was.
