I believe what happened here is that you had a Portuguese version of the game with your EA Play subscription. You may have then purchased an English-only version and now that your EA Play subscription expired, the only version of the game left is the English one.
If you purchased the game on EA services, live support should help you change your version and give you the one that has Portuguese language available: Contact EA Help
