Unable to load any cities in Region ''Lets Play Together 8''

I'm not able to load any cities in the region ''Lets Play Together 8'' on the North America East 3 server Any of mine and any of the other players in the same region. If I start the game and try to...

I also have this issue. Not only that, but Leonard Davis also appears to be having the same issue (as seen in this portion of his video).

I have also contacted support via chat and they simply told me to check the forum for solutions. However, they were helpful enough to also contact the support team.

I have already tried:

  • Clearing EA app cache (per instructions)
  • Repairing SimCity
  • Deleting UserData folder and launching
  • Reinstalling SimCity

Unfortunately nothing has worked and only these cities appear to be having issues since I still cannot access the region.
