Unable to Load City at this Time Mac

I have been having an issue with one of my cities in multiplayer on Mac. As the title says I just get this message and then it exits the game. I have gotten solutions to this but only for windows. Can anyone help me with a solution to this for Mac?

Bug
So there seems to be a 'bug' that won't allow me to go tomy other cities or access World Trade. Anyone else having this problem. FYI, uninstalling and reloading doesn't fix it. Solution?
