Called a customer service phone rep. He advised me to post my information in this thread and see if my city could get restored.

Edit: How did your last session end: Crash, screen went black, kicked to main menu with "Resume Minerton" as top button.

- How did you end your session last time you were playing the city - I was playing just fine, renovating the layout of my city, went to dinner, exit to main menu. After dinner, start loading the game, now i can't load back into my game. It says something about an error trying to load the game. "Unable to load city at this time Please try later" o_0 Now I got the same problem like my friend Sick above. It is very annoying *_*
