I too still cannot load this game and that after trying repeatedly, so still can't buy nor play!!! Ever since POGO put new games I have also troubles, it won't load, and it's the same for my CLAIRE HARD, LETTERS FROM NOWHERE and MAJHONG DIMENSION,  WHY??? EA/POGO can you answer us, instead to play to the dumb like usual and doesn't care enough to address the issues and is just games not playable by all??? WHY the h... and nevertheless I bought ALL the episodes of these games BUT I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET INTO FOR PLAYING THEM BECAUSE THEY WON'T TO LOAD!!!

If by then EA/POGO has not closed, many rumors regarding this event circulate, I'll not renew my subscription next year if all these errors continue!!! EA/POGO has a big many of glitch. A lot of players, myself included, have this same issue!!!

And also I have an issue with guestbook settings and gifts. I'm unable to open them, even with a long waiting period!!!

What's up EA/POGO with ALL these PROBLEMS??? Is it due because the CEO of EA has been ejected or transferred his powers to another, or what?????????????

yea I'm having the same problem now! I was playing is fine lastnight and now all of a sudden my city isn't working. Please fix it!

It is unbelievable that all of this is happening to everyone and EA is not confronting anyone about this. 

In conclusion as consumer we deserve better. I am at the point of just stop playing due to all the problems.

yeas that is what happened to me. Then when I logged back in I lost half of my city assuming it didnt save with server. However only one of my friends could load the regoin and he told me that my city was normal and that I didnt lose anything.

• How did you end your session last time you were playing the city - It said I had a connection error since my internet was down (this was not the case). I relogged and after that I couldn't enter the city, though I CAN enter other cities in the region
