when i play cimcity4 it only has a farren languege
why i can't change the language to English version i looked in the drop-down box but on English

Where did you purchase your game? Some retailers only allow access to a specific language. You should be able to see this on their website.
I brought it a long time ago and loaded on my desktop and played it for years and registered it on EA. so now I logged on EA and just downloaded it to my new laptop and this is what I get.
