Why won't my Simcity 2013 got freeze after a game opening video in Window 11?

On the opening video after a EA logo (which in this part nothing happen). But then in the 'Maxis' part, the game freeze and nothing happen. But the most odd thing of all is the music of the video still playing but not the video. This is quite frustrating until I found my hope when I figured out in the fifth time of trying. I skipped the opening of the video then it showed the picture of a Simcity home menu but...freeze. Also I think this issue might not be a issue from my laptop itself (Window 11) because I can play any of the game (such as Roblox or Valorant) I still have no idea how to fix this problem. Someone that can help me will be very helpful, thank you!
