I have this exact same problem with my GTX 750Ti, and it is solved by actually turning lighting to min. Of course then the game looks like absolute trash, and I haven't found a fix yet that lets me turn the settings off min and not experience flickering whtie borders.

Yes, as you said once I turn "lightning" option to "minimun" then everything is okay, but the game screen looks too old fashined so I couldn't bear it.

I hope EA gives us some solution for this 😕mileyembarrassed:
