long answer. If you want to learn the basics of the new interface and gameplay and are willing to wait for god knows how long for most of the bugs to get worked out enough then ok. Just realize that you will quickly top out of the basic functionality and your cities will get bogged down or become unpayable or just dissappear due to the bugs...AI or otherwise.

but they have made important fix ... for example now you can see the moon reflected into the see.... the other majorproblems are still unsolved
