"You cannot claim this city because you do not own some of the content used to create it."

I can't seem to join any regions with open cities because of this message. I bought the standard version of the game but I just can't find any regions that were made by someone with the same version....

ive had the same problem and owned the game for a  week. Im sick of it, i cant play online, and im quite bored of being a loner on my own world. If EA doesnt fix this soon, this will definitely be the last game i buy fromt them.
