300 San Van Bucks LOST When Purchasing From skate.Pass

(Hey, so this is my first time posting to a forum period, so I'm sorry if this post is lacking in quality)

Basically, while I was spending Tix in the skate.Pass, the game purchased a completely unrelated item from the Creature & Indy Spotlight for 300 San Van Bucks. I'm unsure of how this could have possibly happened, as I was simply not in The Shop, but the Hesh & Fresh Scene Zine #01 instead.

I've attached a short clip of the incident, as well as screenshots showing that the Transparent Grip Color I was trying to purchase was not in fact purchased, and that the Creature Logo Board Art was instead.

I have a longer version of the clip (3 minutes) that shows a bit of extra context I suppose, but the file is too large, so unless I compress it a bunch, I can't upload it here. Frankly though, the shorter version of the clip illustrates the bug well enough. (The full clip is mostly just me riding around before going to the skate.Pass)

Suffice to say, I'm a little peeved. Hopefully EA is able to refund my San Van Bucks as this was very obviously not my fault, and this whole situation has been deeply demotivating.
