Around two weeks ago I logged in to play and realized that 500 San Van Bucks had disappeared from my account. I was saving them to buy the pass. I played both seasons, collecting all the bucks from the pass and also saving the ones left from my purchases. In total I had 900, but when I logged in that day I only had 400. I tried writing in other places, but I didn’t get any response, so I’m trying from here now.
Try checking if you accidentally purchased something; more than likely a glitch happened.
Has happened to me and several others. Was a glitch that was noticed months ago and said to be addressed. But isn’t.
The glitch is, when you redeem things in the Skate. Pass, the glitch will buy things from the Shop also.
I lost 500SVB a month ago same way (glitch bought the red thrasher hoodie), which I was saving up for S3 same as you. I said I wasn’t going to buy anything else until this issue was resolved. But as a su-cker I just bought the 500SVB pack to buy the S2 pass…
Try making an ‘report a bug/glitch post’ on the other EA FORUM and joining the discord and asking about this issue.
