Accounts linked, ID correct, Email correct, still getting 480232561

At first I thought I was stupid and just had the wrong accounts linked, which I did and gotten fixed through EA support. Now, however, everything I attempt to get into the games or the forums it does...

I got the "your in" email with instructions on how to download but the game doesn't show up in my library in the ea app, is it something that i need to report or just wait?
