Please change the SV Open into something like the XGames
I feel like the SV Open was a huge letdown after the stadium was overhyped. But with the X Games Open, the stadium is EXACTLY what the SV Open SHOULD'VE been like. The vert is perfect, the park section is meh, but the street section is very flowy and has so many fun lines, and perfect for looping around for hours, unlike the SV Open. I am begging you, PLEASE give us an SV Open that's better than the one that came out on release. Once the X Games event ends, I'm not gonna bother coming back to the stadium. Its a disappointing design that needs to be replaced.

If we ever get another area of the map that is a fully-fleshed out city area (If Fun City ever makes it into the game, or whatever the city is that's north of San Van is called) I really hope we see more areas like this in future content, and honestly if we look at what's been produced (Grom = Vert map, Stadium = Park) then it's logical to assume there's some kind of new street-focused area due to be coming to the game that builds off of the lessons from San Vansterdam. SV is basically a kind of test to see what areas people like most, it's why every block is so different from eachother, and there's only partial cohesion between blocks - they're trying to see what people like the most. Now it's pretty obvious when you check out the watertaxi dock, that there are already spots reserved for expansions that take place outside of SV. The middle takes you to Grom, but I see space for at least 4-5 total destinations. It's really exciting imo. So that's why I really like this alley, it's a really unique place that has a lot of potential and I hope that we get to see the specific vibe of it scaled up in a new area.You are ruining your game with all the trick lining patches.
I don’t know if anyone will ever read this but this is the second time I’ve been so disappointed. I spend hours to learn new mechanics(bored bend speed boost/pop glitches) and get better at trick lining. Just to log in and the thing I practiced and enjoyed has been removed out the game. I just don’t understand why? It’s not a competitive game so what’s the problem with keeping the trick lining some community happy. May I remind you that the trick lining community are some of the most loyal and dedicated fans you have. And you just take away what we enjoy is a punch in the face. Cheers ea. I understand the modes are still experimental, but the control settings really need to be unified. Battles are fun when players compete purely on skill. When different control settings can drastically change scores, the competition loses its meaning. For battles, every player should be forced to use the same settings. I play on the hardest possible settings. Facing someone on Easy is not fair — and Easy even enables glitch techniques that shouldn’t exist in a competitive environment. Please lock the settings to the most difficult options for all battles (for example: Min Pop = 0, Hard Pump Assist = 0, etc.). This would make battles fair and skill-based, and it would also push everyone’s overall level higher. I’ve mainly played Spot Battles since the original *Skate*. Versions 1 and 2 were good in this regard. In *Skate 3* the split into Easy / Normal / Hard made competitive play much worse. Please don’t repeat that mistake — give us fair, skill-focused battles this time. Thank you.

Hello, passionate about skateboarding and a purist with about fifteen years of IRL skateboarding in the "golden years" from 1987 onwards, I launched a YouTube channel to share this passion, without pretension, just for fun. My goal isn't to post videos at a set, calculated frequency just for the sake of posting, I simply enjoy the game while saving certain shots. These might spark an idea or a concept, and if so, I set them aside to produce a video that makes sense to me. (Idea/Concept) Being able to choose different layout of the San Van Stadium.
Ever since the X-Games event started, I absolutely love the 3 different layouts of the current indoor stadium. However, I realised that this is gonna be time limited and we wont be ever to see or skate it ever again. :( So I propose an idea of being able to choose between the 2 of them before entering the stadium (Normal layout or X-Games' layout). It could set up like a seperate server on how Isle of Grom & San Van Stadium operates. Pros: Give the freedom for the players to choose. Pros: More choices. Cons: It could affect the X-Games branding license unless replace it with an in-game brand.(?) Cons: More backend work for the devs if server issues were to happen.(?) Heck, it could also apply to the Isle of Grom (Day and Night). *I dont know how does a live-service works in the programming or game design side so I do apologies in advance. ----- I've created a quick UI concept on how it would work. Feel free to share some of your ideas on this.
object glitch
i came across a bunch of ramps piled together and when i went to disable them, they were not interactive. there was no button to see who placed them. almost as if the game had them there by default but they werent there a couple minutes before. i was in editor and when i got out the editor, i saw the picture attached.
Xbox - Stuck on Configuring
I have not been able to get past the main screen of Skate for MONTHS! The game is stuck on configuring for 3-5 minutes, then I get the error message seen in the image (852146987). Is anybody else experiencing this? This is extremely frustrating, and to make matters worse I have purchased the Founder Deluxe pack for £45!! I CANT EVEN LOAD INTO THE GAME! My EA Account still shows as linked to my Xbox Account, I have tried clearing cache, uninstalling/reinstalling, changing DNS Settings, MAC Settings, Restarting Console all to no avail. Any help appreciated, Thanks :)Infinite loading screen
After the latest scheduled maintenance on july 21st 2026, i am unable to play the game due to it never loading. I have tried every method atleast 3 times for the game to work. You name it, verifying the integrity of the game on steam, clearing cache on EA and steam, deleting and reinstalling(tried on both ea and steam again). everytime I launch and press to continue, I get stuck in an infinite loading screen after configuring shaders
