Will you be sending out more feedback emails or do I need to post every thing here? Hoping you add more quick drops. Also had a board decal I tried to get with 8000H and it never appeared in my inventory but said bought in store taking the 8000H, hopefully that’s fixed before release, sent a report about it but not sure if anyone saw it. Looking forward for the release, as it will allow me to play with my friends because they were not selected for the playtest
Quests not advancing to the next step
This is my second time posting about this issue—I’ve been dealing with it for two months now. I can't progress further in the Slam Quest and Spot Quest from the beta. The Slam Quest is stuck on Step 5; it shows as completed but won’t move to Step 6. The Spot Quest is also stuck—I completed Step 1, but it won’t progress to Step 2. Because these quests remain incomplete, I can’t access the Replay Editor or fast travel. I’ve managed without these tools for months, but it’s really frustrating. When I land a gnarly lineup, I can’t edit or replay it. The lack of fast travel is also a hassle—I have to skate everywhere instead of instantly traveling to spots. While I’ve discovered some cool locations this way, I’d love to actually use the travel tool. Basically, the quests are stuck, preventing me from progressing further or unlocking new quests. Because of this, the Replay Editor remains locked, and fast travel is unavailable. Please help fix this issue. I attached images below, the two quests menu images show the steps are completed but not progressing. I also attached images to show what is locked out for me.
Skate playtest
Hi! I signed up for the skate Playtest a while ago and received and email 3 weeks ago today asking me to confirm my platform for the skate Playtest. I did that and still haven’t received and invite. Is there anyone out there who has any friend invites left and would be able to send me one? I’d really appreciate it if so and would/will do the same if I ever get an invite.
New Filmer Mechanic?
I was talking with another designer buddy of mine after playing and thought it would be cool to have a filmer mechanic. We both skate a little around SLC and we always wanted to be able to "film" a skate vid in the OG skate games. Someone would choose to be the cameraman and the other would skate, you'd have total control of the camera while skating. Think like a first-person cam but in the style of the OG 90's sponsor vids. We love the replay system, but it's been a little too janky for what we want in the past. What do you guys think? I think it would help get this MMO direction they're heading in a really fun direction.:)
