Hello, passionate about skateboarding and a purist with about fifteen years of IRL skateboarding in the "golden years" from 1987 onwards, I launched a YouTube channel to share this passion, without pretension, just for fun. My goal isn't to post videos at a set, calculated frequency just for the sake of posting, I simply enjoy the game while saving certain shots. These might spark an idea or a concept, and if so, I set them aside to produce a video that makes sense to me. Being able to exchange feedback afterward, whether positive or negative, but always constructive, is a significant bonus. Skate 3 map & hall of meat.
I have been playing skate only since last week as I completely lost track of the news it came out as a free trial since last year. Ive been playing it and the controls and feels of it are as good as skate 3 but it seems to have a huge lack in the amount of mega ramps and absolute chaos like the 'hall of meat' sections we had in skate 3. I loved 'steep' as well for the amount of super mega descents it gave for totally impossible high flying, high speed insanity it gave. While San Vansterdam is packed with a good amount of skate spots, for a game coming out in 2026, it feels quite small and lacking day/night cycles, certain polish to the overall graphics, lack of music, and the size of the map feels also quite small. I get there is the isle of grom, but I think it would be great to also add skate 3 map as either a dlc or an accessible map in game. Also a suggestion to bring back 'hall of meat' for some chaotic fun. Hope this feedback helps.Character customisation
Personally i think they should add even more character customisation, as in nail polish like black nails, hair dye/un-natural hair colours like blue and a lot more hair styles. ALOT more hairstyles, people want their avatars to look like them and if they have dyed hair or a different hairstyle then they should be able to have that. also maybe bracelets, watches would look SO good. trust me if they have lot of customisation people would love the game ALOT more.
Need Help getting a Recording!!
Hello! Im loving the playtest and have been playing locally w my friend all week but for any other testers I have one simple request, could someone please get a recording of the song "Most Normal American Voter:" by Genesis Owusu? Its in the "Do a Kickflip!" section of the soundtrack and I am unable to record on the computer I am using. If you can record this I would truly truly appreciate it as the song is unavailable anywhere else currently. Thank you!!!
San Van Bucks Glitch is still here…
Had the problem a couple months ago and it got resolved after a month of posting and messaging devs. After the resolution I decided to buy upgrade from basic to deluxe founders pack, as thanks and in order to buy the adidas pack that came out and others (additional presets/loadout, clothing cosmetics, etc.) Which left me with 550 SVB, with the rumoured SB NIKE update I planned to use this and buy some SVB. But when it came I looked at my SVB and it was 350 short and looking at my locker the vans bucket hat was bought. Must of happened similar to last time, when redeeming items from legacy pass. Honestly, you should just add a refund option. Either a 24hr duration after bought or 3 to 5 max refunds per season/lifetime. I still plan to purchase the SVB for the SB Nike event, but this needs solving ASAP. TLDR: last time it happened issue was resolved but it had happened and again, there’s needs to be a better alternative for these issues such as a refund option.Cameraman Emote/Outfit
Skaters, This game is flourishing into an amazing masterpiece. I want to see a camera emote. But make it a cool camera or have a few different styles, then you could skate behind your homie w the emote as he’s going for that sick line and then have you in the footage.
