Achievements frozen.

A lot of people including me are having a issue where if they downloaded the game within the first few minutes after release, the games achievements would basically be frozen. I have 1500 rip score right now, but the achievement only recognizes 240. and I don't even have the "made it to San Vansterdam" achievement.
