Add player Crews

Add a feature like guilds/clans where you make and rep a player crew that you can gain points for and do challenges against other crews and stuff. maybe also have a custom skate park for your crew that you can unlock stuff and scale it up over time.

There are the npc crews in san van but id love to see player run crews become a detailed fledged out thing, since this game is always online afterall.
