If it's not clear with the character customization then they need to improve that so we can represent ourselves. I do not want written descriptors in my profile.

I do want more hair options of all types. I want multiple options of all ethnicity's hairstyles. Fades/braids/etc. looks different on people with different hair types. 

It's very funny how many threads I see complaining about how "all the characters look feminine" but what they really mean is androgynous because if you actually try to make a feminine character you will run into the same problem on the other side of things. Would help if there was customization other than just hats and glasses but all we're likely to get is a $5 I <3 MOM tattoo in the cash shop. The problem is just how bland and limited the options are. Want long hair? There is exactly one hairstyle and it looks like you haven't washed it in three months. Want curly hair? Well I hope you like volume because that's gonna be a straight up afro unless you put a hat on.

Everything in the game from the maps, to the player models, to the painful dialogue looks completely lifeless and sterile.
