Amazing Beta.

This feels exactly like what an early-access version of a game SHOULD feel like and I think a big bulk of the complaints are coming from two ballparks.
A: The person assumes that this beta event is the final product and everything like cosmetics, the map, trick list, the animations, etc is set in stone.
B: The person wanted this game to be esthetically identical to Skate 2.
The skating feels responsive and weighty as always and now it’s actually fun to be off your board when you’re trying to get to a spot.
My only actual complaint is that the body bouncing mechanic during Slam Missions seems to be in a weird grey area between “realistic and minimal” and “Arcady”. Either way would be good but right now it seems as if bouncing around doesn’t yield any sort of assistance with objectives WHICH would be okay, if the ragdoll physics felt like the free roam ragdoll physics. At the point, I think it would seem to be more comedic and serve that purpose instead of being a tool for the player. Again, either way would be great, but rn it doesn’t feel like either.
