banned for game disruption in Skate. CPT

I played the game for 2 days by myself no interactions with other players beside finishing 3 group quests to complete the story line. I’m a solo player, I don’t think there’s a chat and voice system that I know of to talk to people beside the quick message and emote.

2 days ago I came home turn on my EA app only to find Skate CPT isn’t listed. It took me 2 days and 1 EA case opened for EA to send me a false reason why I got banned. It was “Game disruption - griefing” this is very weird due to the nature of the game in early access and as well as no one can interact with each others beside doing party quests. There’s no Ban history in my profile, could it be they just make things up? I’m trying to dispute the ban but advisor isn’t responding even though I replied right away. This is very frustrating I love the game but getting banned like this is dishearten.
