Been a long time but…

All in all I think it’s a hell of a lot of fun. Not a real skater so I don’t have some of the complaints some others have, and it’s been so long since I played that I don’t even remember a lot of things people are bringing up. BUT, if real skaters are making complaints about tricks and stuff, it should definitely be addressed. The only thing I can comment on is the fact that getting real brands in a game costs money, and it might not be as simple as “insert skate brand here.” That being said, the thing that I miss most about the game is definitely the hall of meat. Not really sure why that wasn’t included. I get the whole impervious tech thing, but you could easily just say something like “you can’t get hurt but you can see how bad it could be if you didn’t have the tech.” And while some people don’t seem to like the parkour aspect, I actually think it’s pretty fun, and if anything I think there could be more of it and that the climbing could be a bit more fluid. Is it a little more thps-ish? Yeah definitely has some elements, but I also kind of like that because, well, it’s a game. If you want realism go outside, ya know?
