BUG REPORT: Tour 3: Express Yourself - 5/5 Spot Modder
Starting the mission breaks Quick-Drop. You can select objects with the wheel or the catalogue, but you can't actually place them or see/interact with them in the world.

Tried again today. I laid down a quick drop before starting the mission, started the mission, then laid another one down and I was able to complete the mission. Try this if you haven't progressed yet. 👍
