Bug tutorial
Hello EA / Skate team,
I am contacting you because I am stuck in the tutorial of skate. on my PS5 with my main account.
Issue:
When the game asks to hold up on the D-pad to place a session marker, nothing happens. I have tried several controllers, restarting the game, deleting local save data, disabling cloud sync, etc. But on my main account it still doesn’t work.
What I have checked:
- My controller works perfectly in other games and menus
- I have reinstalled the game, everything is up to date on PS5
- I created another account – on that account, the tutorial works normally, so the bug seems tied to my main PSN / EA account
- I have a video that clearly shows the bug when I try to place the marker and nothing happens
What I am asking:
- Please check if this bug is linked to my profile / EA / PSN account
- Provide me with a solution to unblock the tutorial on my main account
- If possible, fix this issue in your next update or patch
