I’ve had the game downloaded for almost 24 hours now and I haven’t been able play at all. I keep getting a pop up telling me to reset my password (which I did), then an Error code: 3308673633 telling me about an internal system failure…. Guess I just have to leave it.
I deleted the game and reinstalled it and that worked last night when the issue first happened.
I tired this, did not work for me unfortunately.
Uninstall then re install fixes
Same here. Another thread mentioned it because the PSN account you redeemed the code on does not match what is linked to your EA account.
Mine both match up so it is not that for me, EA Support cannot spot an issue either
I guess I’ll keep uninstalling and reinstalling 🙃
