Cannot access playtest Skate due mislink accounts (?)

I know it will work if I would link it to the right account. But I was not able to unlink it as well. That’s why it is so frustrating.

Especially when you think that I created the initial account 13/14 years ago, if not more. 

I created a new account to see if I can get a new code. They gave codes to people who cannot access it anyway, so why not send a new code as long as we can prove it.

They won’t bro… I had the worst experience of all when it comes to this playtest. I got invited for the playtest on a different ea account from the one I had linked to my psn and I saw this guy here in the forum saying that he simply unlinked and relinked the same psn and ea accounts and the issue resolved so I tried it myself - got a 6 month restriction from unlinking again and I realized the wrong ea account issue only after the fact. Soooo… other gaming companies don’t make your life hell when you’re facing such a restriction especially when it’s a human mistake bc it’s a system feature that you can simply ‘lift’ but EA told me that there ain’t not one person in the company who can cancel the restriction which you and I both know is not true. So they’d rather bully me here in the forum deleting my comments saying they’re toxic and bullying (all the while I didn’t cuss or say anything out of order or that is untrue) and basically not help me play the game, instead of just letting me link the correct accounts to access the game. This proves exactly that what people say online about EA is true. 0 help. 0 trust. 

I'm in a similar situation. The email I used to sign up for the playtest was linked to a different account than my PSN. I sorted it all out with customer service a few days before codes started going out, but I still can't get into the game. I'm commenting so hopefully, the devs will remember to do something about this.
