Unable to submit feedback

I have some feedback on some bugs and whatnot for the playtest, but when I go to the feedback page it says "Only players who were selected for this playtesting window have access to the skate. UserVoice platform. Make sure you’re using the same EA Account that you used to register for playtesting." 

I done been playing though; is feedback on bugs and such meant to just go in these forums?
